This appendix takes you through a step-by-step procedure to help you resolve problems that you may encounter when
installing or using ip500pbxw.
Cannot browse the Internet
(1) Check the LEDs on the ip500pbxw front panel

splitter, and that the

port on the splitter is connected to the telephone line.
If the above connections are correct, report the problem to your ADSL service provider.
