9. To configure Spanning Tree Protocol on WLC devices and Proxim APs, locate the
Spanning Tree Protocol

Groups > Basic
configuration page. Adjust these settings as required.

Sets the priority for the AP. Values range from 0 to 65535. Lower values have higher
priority. The lowest value is the root of the spanning tree. If all devices are at default the
device with the lowest MAC address will become the root.
