0BDEVICE CONFIGURATION
event is being recorded. For instance when a voltage sag event is detected it
means that the voltage reaches a value below the reference minus the Level
defined above. In order to stop recording the voltage sag event the voltage level
must reach a value above the reference minus Level plus the hysteresis. This
makes the system more stable against minor oscillations of the parameter.
Minimum time (Tmin):
Defines the minimum amount of time that an event has to
last in order to be considered as such and registered. For most parameters the
minimum time can be expressed both in cycles or seconds. Exceptions to this rule
are the short and large duration voltage swells which times must be expressed in
seconds.
Maximum time (Tmax):
Defines the minimum amount of time in seconds that an
event has to last in order to be considered as such and registered. If a continuous
event lasts longer than the maximum time it will not be registered. Maximum time
can only be defined for the parameters of voltage sags, voltage swells and both
short and large duration voltage variations.
Secondary reference voltage:
Defines the secondary reference voltage which
will be used as a base for the generation of the PQ events.
Reference battery voltage:
Defines the reference battery voltage that will be
used for the generation of the power quality events.
