5BHARDWARE FEATURES
INTRODUCTION
1.5.3. AUXILIARY POWER SUPPLY
125/220 V dc Range: 86-280 V dc
Optional: 24/48 V dc. Range: 18 to 60 V dc
1.5.4. CURRENT ANALOG INPUTS
The smART P500 has three inputs for phase current and one input for ground or
sensitive ground current. For sensitive ground the CT has a higher number of primary
turns than the normal CT`s used for the phase current measurement allowing for a
higher current measurement sensibility. The neutral current In is always calculated as
the phasor sum In = 3Io = Ia+Ib+Ic.
Phase/Neutral Current Rating:
I Nominal = 5 A, option 1 A
I Continuous = 15 A, option 3 A
I Maximum = 100 A, option 20 A
I Short duration = 250 A (1 cycle)
Burden: < 0.1 VA @ 5 A
Sensitive Ground Current Rating:
I Nominal = 1 A
I Continuous = 10 A
I Short duration = 150 A (1 cycle)
Burden: < 0.2 VA @ 5 A
1.5.5. VOLTAGE ANALOG INPUTS
The smART P500 has four Voltage Inputs.
V
L-N
= 1-300 Vac (nominal: 120 V ac, burden less than 0.1 VA)
Optional: V
L-N
= 0,8-10 V ac (nominal: 6,5 Vac, burden less than 0.1 VA)
