2.8.3.3.2. SETTINGS USING KEYBOARD/DISPLAY
The relay settings can be accessed using the settings key followed by the DOWN
key which takes the user straight to the COMMUNICATIONS submenu. Hitting
DOWN again the user can access the different communication ports where he/she
can move using the left and right arrows.
The settings are not valid until they have been saved at the nonvolatile memory of
the relay. This is done using the following sequence:
SETTINGS and DOWN.
Left arrow until we arrive at the SAVE CHANGES menu, then DOWN.
Type the password and then ENTER.
2.8.3.4. SECURITY SETTINGS
The SMS messages to be sent and received are limited to a maximum of 5 user
defined telephone sources. These phones will have (or not) the possibility of sending
SMS commands. Commands from unidentified telephones or from those
unauthorized will be rejected. Up to eleven digits are allowed for each programmed
telephone in the list.
Figure 2-70 shows the configuration window for the valid telephones.
