7.6.1. TCP/IP CONFIGURATION
The TCP/IP port for the IEC 60870-104 protocol can be configured in the window shown
in the following figure.

Address specifies the TCP port used for this protocol at the relay.
IP addresses from which commands will be received for this protocol could be restricted
to only a small subset using the restrict IP check box.
There are four timers to be configured. T0, indicates the máximum allowed time to
stablish communication. T1, indicates máximum time for reception of a confirmation
package (type S package), T2 is the timeout for the relay to send a confirmation frame.
T3, time to send type TESTFR frames (Type U, with TESTFR functionality), link test
frames.
In the IEC 60870-104 protocol, there are two queues which longitudes are configured in
the following fields. Field W indicates the number of frames that the relay will receive
