POINT LIST
0BDNP3 PROTOCOL PROFILE
The dead-band limits are configured with the proART® software. When events of class 1
are required from the smART P500, events caused by binary inputs are reported. Class 2
contains the analog channels events and in class 3 contains the counters events.
4.5. POINT LIST
The list of points is set using the proART® software. It is formed by 50 configurable points
for binary inputs, 50 points for analog inputs, 50 for counters and 30 for outputs.
All points configured using the proART® software in external tables of points are included
in scans of class 0. Responses include up to the final configured point. If there are no
configured points, between the top of the table and the last one configured, the
corresponding values are reported as 0.
4.5.1. ANALOG POINTS
A list of the analog variables that can be configured using proART® software is
presented in the following table. Column “Scale” is interpreted as an equivalence in
engineering units.
