2.8.5.3. CLOCK CONTROL TYPE
In case of three-pole breakers, it is used the mean value of the three phase voltages,
while for single-pole ones, it is used the voltage of each phase being processed.
If the function is not locked out, then, the voltage levels are verified in the following
order:
If the voltage level is above VMax during the time Tmax then the trip command
is issued.
