  Performs the capacitance vs DC bias voltage measurement by using Agilent 4284A/E4980A LCR meter. 
 
[Device Under Test] 
  Capacitor, 2 terminals 
  Connect the LCR meter high terminal to the DUT low terminal and the LCR meter low terminal to the DUT 
high terminal.
