Smart Setup

(Fig. 70) provides an intuitive, user-friendly interface for automatically configuring the

LSM’s light path for detecting fluorescent dyes.
Similar to cameras used in photography, a panel of motifs helps setting the scanning parameters for
imaging with the LSM.
