5.4.18 Processing – Channel Alignment

Tool accepts multi-color image data (including multi-dimensional data sets). See full
description of tool set for details.
The Processing Channel Alignment tool allows
for correction of lateral drift and chromatic
aberration between different channels of an image
or between images.
Highlight the
Channel Alignment field to have
access to the alignment tools (Fig. 501).
Activate the first image you want to process in the
image container and press the
Select button for
Input image to load the image.
If you want to load a second input, highlight it in
the image container and press the
Select
button
for Input Image 2 .
You can toggle between the two input images in
the
Preview tab display field. Then expand the
Method Parameters
tool window to have access
to the Channel Alignment tools (Fig. 502).
