Cutting edge, replacing

(Optional equipment)

Check the cutting edges of the blade and screws. If

any of the parts have unusual wear or damage,

replace the parts with new one.
Check and tighten the edge screws regularly.

1 Raise the blade and place a block (A)

underneath the blade. Down the dozer blade on

the block.

2 Remove the screws (C) and cutting edges (B).

3 Clean the dozer blade surface and removed

parts.

4 Turn the cutting edges upside down if those

edges are not worn.

If both sides of the cutting edges are worn,

replace the parts with new one.

5 Install the cutting edges and screws.

(Tightening torque for cutting edges screws:

26.7 ± 2.7 kg.m)

6 After a few hours of operation, tighten the screws
