Note: JOG run frequency set is only limited by [F0.09]. While JOG frequency setting is bigger then [F0.11]
upper limitation, actual JOG output frequency is limited by upper limitation. Only terminal JOG priority is
not limited by run orger channels. Other JOG orders have priority only while the channel is tha same as
others. Such as keyboard JOG is only valid under keyboard control.
