8.3.19 Replacing sensors (PC11, PC20, PC21L/R, PC41, PC42, PC43, F/L, L/L)

Note: Be sure to attach sensors securely. If a live part of sensor is made a short circuit, it may result in

malfunction.

■ Sensor (Emission) (PC11 sensor)
(1) Remove the Top Cover, Main Cover (L) / (R), and Side Cover (L) / (R). See

“8.1.1 How to remove or attach

the covers”

.

(2) Remove the Input Tray. See

“8.3.6 Replacing Input Tray”

.

(3) Remove the Front Guide assembly. See

“8.1.2 How to remove or attach the guides”

.

(4) Unlock the Cable Clamp, remove 1 bind-head screw (SB306N) fixing the PC11 assembly, and remove the

PC11 assembly.

(5) Disconnect the connector of the Sensor (Emission) (PC11 sensor).
(6) Remove the hook fixing the Sensor (Emission) (PC11 sensor), and remove the Sensor (Emission) (PC11

sensor).

(7) Attach using the above steps in reverse.
