8.3.24 Replacing Gate Shaft assembly

(1) Remove the Top Cover and Main Cover (L) / (R). See

“8.1.1 How to remove or attach the covers”

.

(2)  Remove 1 bind-head screw (SB306N) at the device side fixing the Gate Shaft assembly.
(3)   Remove the R SOL assembly from the Gate Shaft assembly.
(4)  Remove the E-ring (TW004) and Gate Shaft assembly.
(5)  Attach new Gate Shaft assembly.
(6)  Insert the groove of the R SOL assembly to the collar and attach the R SOL assembly on the Gate Shaft

assembly.

(7)   Fix 1 bind-head screw (SB306N) with pressing the Gate Shaft assembly in the arrow direction (downward).
(8)  Attach new E-ring (TW004) and fix the Gate Shaft assembly.
(7)  Attach the covers using the above steps in reverse.

Note: Do not use removed E-rings when attaching. Use new ones.
