6.6.6 Pick Release Motor operation
Check if the Pick Unit assembly moves up and down normally with movement of the Pick Release Motor when
there is a problem with the Thin Sheet Scanning.
To avoid occuring paper jam due to a slack between Pick Roller and Separator Roller, the pick roller is pulled up in
a moment during scanning by the Pick Release Motor with the Thin Sheet Scanning is enabled.
(1) Specify the parameters and click [Run].
The motor operates in the specified mode. If you want to stop the mechanical operation, click [Finish].

UP/DOWN
(continuous)
(Default) The Pick Unit assembly moves up and
down about every 0.2 second. This
movement is repeated. Stopped by clicking [Pause].
UP The Pick Unit assembly moves up and
stops
DOWN The Pick Unit assembly moves down
and stops Normal position
(2) The following dialog box is displayed during
continuous
operation.
If you want to stop the operation, click [Pause].
(3) Click [OK].
