■ Sensor (Reception) (PC11/PC20 sensor)
(1) Remove the Top Cover and Main Cover (L) / (R). See
“8.1.1 How to remove or attach the covers” .
(2) Remove the Pick Cover and Pick Unit assembly. See “8.2.1 Replacing Pick Unit assembly” .
(3) Remove the Output Tray (Upper) / (Lower). See “8.3.7 Replacing Output Trays and Output Tray Guide” .
(4) Remove the Upper Guide assembly. See “8.1.2 How to remove or attach the guides” .
(5) Only when replacing the PC 20 sensor, remove the Motor assembly (Pick). See “8.3.22 Replacing each Motor
assemblies” .
(6) Remove sensors to be replaced.
- Remove the hook fixing the Sensor (Reception) (PC11 sensor), disconnect the connector, and remove the
Sensor (Reception) (PC11 sensor).
- Remove the hook fixing the Sensor (Reception) (PC20 sensor), disconnect the connector, and remove the
Sensor (Reception) (PC20 sensor).
(7) Attach using the above steps in reverse.
