8.3.23  Replacing Elevator assembly and Gear (ELE Shaft) 

 
 
 
(1)  Remove the Top Cover, Main Cover (L) / (R) and Side Cover (L) / (R). See 

“8.1.1 How to remove or attach 

the covers”

. 

(2)  Remove the Input Tray. See 

“8.3.6 Replacing Input Tray”

. 

(3)  Remove the Front Guide assembly. See 

“8.1.2 How to remove or attach the guides”

. 

(4)  Remove the E-ring (TW004) for fixing and Gear (ELE Shaft) 
(5)  Remove the Parallel Pin and E-rings (TW004) at both sides. 
(6)  Remove the Elevator assembly. 
(7)  Attach using the above steps in reverse. 

Note: Do not use removed E-rings when attaching. Use new ones.
