Replacing Imprinting Head assembly / Imprinting Head / DC Motor (NMB)

(1) Remove the Top Cover and Main Cover (L) /(R). See

“8.1.1 How to remove or attach the covers”

(2) Remove the Eject Guide assembly. See

“8.1.2 How to remove or attach the guides”

(3) Disconnect the J608 Connector connected to the DRV PCB assembly (CPS880 PCB).

Note: When pulling the lever of the J608 connector to insert or remove the FPC cables, operate the

center of the lever.

(4) Disconnect the J607 Connector connected to the DRV PCB assembly (CPS880 PCB).

Note: When disconnecting the J607 connector, pull the connector upward (B) with pressing the hook

(A).

(5) Remove 2 bind-head screws (SB306N) fixing the Imprinting Head assembly, and remove the Imprinting Head

assembly.
