(9) Lift the Reverse Arm up slightly, rotate the Reverse assembly horizontally in the direction of the Arrow 1.
(10) Rotate the Reverse assembly obliquely upward as not to contact the T1 roller and sensors, lift it up, and
remove it in the direction of the Arrow 2.
Note: If the Reverse assembly is not removed correctly, the Reverse assembly may interfere with other parts.
In this case, check the removal direction, and then remove the Reverse assembly again.
If the Reverse assembly is removed forcibly, the parts may get damaged.
(11) When replacing Gear (Reverse) or Torque Limiter, refer to the next page.
(12) Attach using the above steps in reverse.
(13) After replacement of the Reverse assembly, check the pressure of the Reverse Roller referring to
“ 9.5
Checking Pressure of Reverse Roller ” .
