8.3.34 Replacing Cover Switch assembly

(1) R emove the Top Cover, Main Cover (L), Side Cover (L), and Back Cover. See

“8.1.1 How to remove or

attach the covers”

.

(2)  Remove 1 bind-head screw (SB306N) fixing Cover Switch assembly.
(3)  Disconnect the connector of the Cover Switch, and remove the Cover Switch assembly.
(4)  Attach new Cover Switch assembly temporarily.
(5)  Close the Main Unit and Top Unit.
(6)  With pressing the Cover Switch to the metal plate, fix the 1 bind-head screw (SB306N) with fitting the

positioning bump. Refer to

“9.3

Checking Cover Switch

”
