8.3.26 Replacing 2GT Pulley (18)D and S2M Belt (Brake)

(1) Remove the Top Cover and Main Cover (L) / (R). See

“8.1.1 How to remove or attach the covers”

(2) Remove the Motor assembly (Brake). See

“8.3.22 Replacing Motor assemblies”

(3) Remove the bind-head screw (

SB325N

), and remove the collar.

(4) Remove 2 E-rings (TW004), and remove the S2M Belt (Brake) and 2 “2GT Pulley (18)D”s.

(5) Attach using the above steps in reverse.

Note: Do not use removed E-rings when attaching. Use new ones.

(6) Check tension of belt of belts of Eject motor. See

“
