If "Scan" is selected for Scan Image, the final image is displayed on the top of the waveform display (at the left 
top in the screen).

You can check the details of Result for the measurement data in the Measurement Results window.

 

 

 

The displayed waveform can be magnified horizontally and vertically. Use magnification to check the 
waveform data as required. (Use scroll bar when the waveform is magnified vertically.)
