(4) The scanner starts scanning the sheets and runs the calibration of white level.

(5) When the following message is displayed, set the test sheets (040 – 7 – 4) again on the Scanner and click

[Yes].

(6) Check the diagnostic result.

•

If the result is OK, make sure you click [Write]. Then click [Finish]. After the write until the device restarts

and goes into the standby mode, do not turn off the power of the device.

•

If the result is NG (not OK), click [Finish]. Execute the following “Handling NG(Not Good) cases”.

Calibration results show each ratio of front/back and R/G/B between White Background part on the CIS Unit

assembly and color level of the OCR TEST SHEET scanned actually.

Determination value: within the range of 898 - 1455
