■ Motor assembly (Pick Release)
(1) Remove the Top Cover and Main Cover (R). See
“8.1.1 How to remove or attach the covers” .
(2) Remove the Output Tray (Upper) / (Lower). See “8.3.7 Replacing Output Trays and Output Tray Guide” .
(3) Remove the Front Cover. See “8.1.2 How to remove or attach the guides” .
(4) Remove 2 bind-head screws (SB306N) fixing the Motor assembly (Pick Release), and remove the connector of
the Motor assembly (Pick Release), and then remove the Motor assembly (Pick Release).
(5) Attach using the above steps in reverse.
Note: Attach the earth cable with the route as picture shows.
■ Motor assembly (Brake)
(1) Remove the Top Cover and Main Cover (R). See
“8.1.1 How to remove or attach the covers” .
(2) Remove the connector of the Motor assembly (Brake).
(3) Remove 2 bind-head screws (SB306N) fixing the Motor assembly (Brake) and remove the Motor assembly
(Brake).
(4) Attach using the above steps in reverse.
When attaching the Motor assembly, fix 2 bind-head screws (SB306N) with pressing the Motor assembly in
the arrow direction.
Note: Attach the earth cable with the route as picture shows.
(5) Check tension of belt of belts of T1 and Main motor. See
“ 9.1 Checking Tensions of Belts ” .
