7.1

Starting Diagnosis

The diagnostic program for the maintenance menu is installed in the hard disk on the host system.

To start the program, you may have to follow slightly different steps depending on the OS installed on the host
system.

(1) Launch the Diagnosis Menu

For Windows7
Click [Start] button of the Windows. From the menu, point to "All Programs" > "ImageTracDS 1210 Scanner"
> "Utility for Service Personnel" and then click [Diagnosis].

For Windows 8 / 8.1
Select "ImageTracDS 1210 Scanner" on start screen (after showing all Apps in Windows 8.1). Click the
[Diagnosis] in "Utility for Service Personnel" tab.

The Diagnosis window is displayed.
