8.3.25 Replacing Pinch Roller T1 assembly

(1) Remove the Top Cover and Main Cover (L) / (R). See

“8.1.1 How to remove or attach the covers”

(2) Remove the Output Tray (Upper) / (Lower). See

“8.3.7 Replacing Output Trays and Output Tray Guide”

(3) Remove the Front Cover. See

“8.1.2 How to remove or attach the guides”

(4) Remove the Pick Unit assembly. See

“8.2.1 Replacing Pick Unit assembly”

(5) Remove the Upper Guide assembly. See

“8.1.2 How to remove or attach the guides”

(6) Remove 2 washer faced head screws (302) fixing the Pinch Roller T1 assembly, and remove the Pinch Roller

T1 assembly.

(7) Attach the covers using the above steps in reverse. Attach the Pinch Roller T1 assembly with pressing it to a

counterclockwise direction.
