(6) Remove 2 bind-head screws (SB306N) fixing the Ribbon Holder, and remove the Ribbon Holder.

■ Imprinting Head
(7) Remove the NMB Cap (be careful with attached direction) and NMB Cover (transparency).
(8) Remove 2 bind-head screws (

SB310N

) fixing the Imprinting Head, and remove the Imprinting Head.

When removing the cable of the Imprinting Head from the Ribbon Holder, bend the tip lightly in the arrow
direction shown in the below picture.

(9) Replace the Imprinting Head.

(10)   Remove 2 bind-head screws (SB306N) fixing the DC motor, and remove the DC motor.
(11)   Replace the DC motor.

(12)   Attach using the above steps in reverse after attaching the Ribbon Holder and checking the position of the

gear in accordance with “

9.7 Adjusting Ribbon Holder”

(13) Adjust the gap for imprinting. See “

9.6 Adjusting Imprinting Gap”

.

(14) Run “
