16.3.1.3 Configuring DHCP Relay
This section describes how to configure Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) relay
so that cable modems (CMs) can obtain IP addresses in different network segments.
Prerequisites
The upper-layer router, DHCP server, and Trivial File Transfer Protocol (TFTP) server of an
optical line terminal (OLT) have been configured.
