Possible Cause

Remedy

Problem: Hydraulic fluid discolored or smells bad

Check and correct cause for overheating. Look

for restrictions.

A. Operating temperatures high

Increase fluid inspection/change frequency.

B. Fluid change intervals too long

Drain, flush, and refill with proper fluid.
