PHNLAC
Null
Phone's Local Area Code
indicates the phone's local
area code, which along
with the parameter
LOCAL_DIAL_AREA_CO
DE, allows users to dial
local numbers with more
flexibility. PHNLAC is a
string representing the
local area code the phone.
Note:
This parameter is
supported when the
phone is failed over.
