DNP3.busy
This message is set if the protocol is started. It will be reset if the protocol is shut
down.
DNP3.ready
The message will be set if the protocol is successfully started and ready for data
exchange.

The communication with the Master (SCADA) is active.
Note that for TCP/UDP, this state is permanently “Low” unless »DataLink confirm« is
set to “Always”.
