display-operating unit. Initially, the symbol is
grey. It becomes black as soon as DSR ac-
tively intervenes in the driving behaviour.
●
The driving speed is not restricted when
driving on an uphill gradient or level ground.
The symbol is grey. There is also the
option to activate a speed restriction for the
driving speed when driving on an uphill gra-
dient or level ground.
●
The industrial truck uses its sensors to de-
tect whether it is driving uphill, downhill or
on level ground.
●
The authorised service centre can set a
maximum driving speed for driving on a
downhill gradient.
●
When driving on a downhill gradient, DSR
automatically brakes the industrial truck as
soon as the set maximum driving speed is
exceeded. The driver does not need to ac-
tively brake and can keep the accelerator
pedal depressed. The symbol turns black
as soon as DSR actively intervenes.
●
As soon as the industrial truck reaches level
ground, it accelerates again automatically.
For this to happen, the accelerator pedal
must be depressed. The symbol turns
grey again.
DSR Premium
DSR Premium becomes active as soon as
the industrial truck is switched on. The "DSR"
symbol appears on the display of the dis-
play-operating unit. Initially, it is grey. It turns
black as soon as DSR actively intervenes in
the driving behaviour.

tect whether it is driving uphill, downhill or

●
When driving on a downhill gradient, the
sensors detect whether a trailer and a load
are present. It also determines the size
of the load and the degree of gradient.
The deceleration and the maximum driving
speed are then automatically adjusted to
this load and this gradient. If a fixed maxi-
mum driving speed has also been set, the
system always chooses the lower of the two
speeds.
