Using the industrial truck
Intended use
The industrial truck described in these oper-
ating instructions is suitable for towing and
transporting loads.
The industrial truck must only be used for its
intended purpose as set out and described in
these operating instructions.
If the industrial truck is to be used for purpo-
ses other than those specified in the operating
instructions, the approval of the manufacturer
and, if applicable, the relevant regulatory au-
thorities must be obtained beforehand to pre-
vent hazards.
Improper use
The operating company or driver, and not the
manufacturer, is liable for any hazards caused
by inadmissible use; see the chapter entitled
"Definition of terms used for responsible per-
sons".
It is prohibited to use the truck for purposes
other than those described in these operating
instructions.
The industrial truck must not be operated in:

Areas where there is a risk of explosion
●
Areas that may cause corrosion
●
Areas that are very dusty
Aside from the driver, a maximum of one addi-
tional person can ride on the passenger seat.
It is prohibited to carry people on the loading
area.
Never carry passengers on a trailer if it has
not been specifically designed for such a pur-
pose.
