Description: Wrong version of the basic unit for limitation by the safety card
Response: FS – warning
Cause
Measure
Only basic units from version 4 support using the
limiting function.
Disable limiting or update the basic unit.
Subfault: 66.55
Description: Wrong version of the basic unit for configurable ramp times for the brake test
Response: FS – warning
Cause
Measure
Only basic units from version 6 support using
configurable ramp times in the brake test.
Set the ramp duration to 0 or update the basic
unit.
Subfault: 66.71
Description: SREF direct referencing – permitted movement exceeded
Response: FS – warning
Cause
Measure
During SREF direct referencing, the movement
must not be greater than the configured position
hysteresis.
– Check the application for standstill. If neces-
sary, adjust the controller.
– Check the parameter setting of the safety card
(position hysteresis) and adjust if necessary.

Description: SREF reference travel – reference switch left in wrong direction
Response: FS – warning
Cause
Measure
Reference switch left in the wrong direction dur-
ing SREF reference travel.
– Check the direction of rotation of the motor
when reference travel is active and correct if nec-
essary.
– Check the parameter setting of the safety card
(direction of movement of reference travel) and
adjust if necessary.

Description: SREF reference travel – maximum speed exceeded
Response: FS – warning
Cause
Measure
Maximum speed exceeded during SREF refer-
ence travel.
– Check the maximum speed of the application
while reference travel is active and adjust if nec-
essary.
– Check the parameter setting of the safety card
(maximum speed of reference travel) and adjust if
necessary.
