Subfault: 69.3
Description: SRAM memory error
Response: FS – critical fault
Cause
Measure
Error in SRAM memory.
– Switch the device off and on again.
– If the fault occurs repeatedly, replace the safety
card and send it together with the fault number to
SEW-EURODRIVE. For further support, contact
SEW‑EURODRIVE Service.
Subfault: 69.4
Description: Configuration register error
Fault class: Critical fault
Cause
Measure
Error detected in configuration registers of pro-
cessor.
– Switch the device off and on again.
– If the fault occurs repeatedly, replace the safety
card and send it together with the fault number to
SEW‑EURODRIVE. For further support, contact
SEW‑EURODRIVE Service.
Subfault: 69.100
Description: Memory error of safety parameters
Fault class: Message

Measure
Error in the safety parameter memory.
– Switch the device off and on again.
– If the fault occurs repeatedly, replace the safety
card and send it together with the fault number to

Description: Safe brake test aborted. Enable signal fault.
Fault class: Warning
Cause
Measure
The enable signal has been deactivated when ex-
ecuting the safe brake test.
Make sure that the enable signal remains active
during the safe brake test.
