Hunt Group Calls
As soon as a caller has been assigned to a member of the comfort hunt group,
the music on hold that is assigned to the caller (subscriber A) is used again in
consultation, hold and parking situations. It also possible for the music on hold
in the call queue and the music on hold that is used in case of consultations to
differ.
The following example illustrates this:
1.
An external call is forwarded to a comfort hunt group call number via a
bundle Z of company Z. The comfort hunt group belongs to company Y. As
all logged-in group members are currently busy, the caller is directed to
the call queue. There, the caller is played the music on hold set for
company Y
2.
A member of the comfort hunt group becomes free and receives the
pending call. During the call, the group member puts the caller in consul-
tation mode. The caller is played music on hold again during the consul-
tation. In this case, this is the music on hold set for company Z, as the call
originally came in via a bundle of company Z
