linked with the Gateway 01 (= call server) configured first as well as with 
the “IP-DECT” DECT area. All additional DECT areas use another code.

Note:

The “IP-DECT” DECT area can be re-named but cannot be 
removed. This DECT area is used to operate all DECT-over-IP 
base stations.

Configure a new DECT area for a Forum Gateway 560. Click on the 

New

 

button to do so.

Configurator, Telephony: DECT: DECT area: New

Enter a name for the new DECT area into the 

Name

 input field. Leave the 

Type

 option at the “U-DECT” setting. Select a Forum Gateway 560 which 

has not yet been linked to a DECT area in the
