Perform Action with a Function Key on the System Phone

On the system phones, you can configure function keys that can perform 
actions, e. g.:

Switch on / off or change the light in a room.

Switch on stairwell light or - when the stairwell light is on - reset the time 
span until the light is switched off.

Operating door opener

You can configure the function in the
