Hunt Group Calls
Additional features of comfort hunt groups

Calls that cannot be accepted are parked in a
call queue
.
●
Music on hold can be played for the caller during the waiting time.
●
It is possible to configure
welcome tracks
that inform the caller that they
will either be immediately connected to a group member or that they must
wait a while before their call can be accepted.
●
The call queue and welcome tracks can be configured individually for each
comfort hunt group.
●
Group members with a system phone receive information about the
waiting time of the current caller and how full the call queue is on the tele-
phone display.
●
It is possible to specify whether the last member of a hunt group is able to
log off or whether at least one member of the group can potentially be
reached at all times.
Licences
A licence is required for each
comfort hunt group
(licence name
“Forum 500(0) Comfort Hunting Group” ). You can apply for a maximum of
10 licences for comfort hunt groups.
You can also activate a demo version to enable the system to be used for a
limited period of time for testing purposes. Licences and the demo version are
activated on the web console of the communications system in the
Configurator
