1 = Assign UART3 RXD (SMC1 DATA) to multiple I/O pin TXD
UART3 TXD (SMC CLK) to multiple I/O pin RXD
Note : that Pin direction is controlled by I/O type of relative pin.
RXD/TXD will exchange immediately once setting or clearing this bit. User should take care
of not exchanging pins during transmission or receiving. Or it may cause unpredictable
