Appendices
POINT
When using linear servo motor control mode, direct drive motor control mode and
fully closed loop control mode, set the followings.

• Set "4: Linear servo motor control mode" in the "operation mode selection"
of the servo parameter "Operation mode (PA01)".
Direct drive motor
control mode
• Set "6: DD motor control mode" in the "operation mode selection" of the
servo parameter "Operation mode (PA01)".
Fully closed loop
control mode
• Set "1: Fully closed loop control mode" in the "operation mode selection" of
the servo parameter "Operation mode (PA01)".
• Set "1: Fully closed loop control" in "[Cd.133]
Semi/Fully closed loop
switching request". The switching status of semi closed loop control/fully
closed loop control is indicated in "[Md.113] Semi/Fully closed loop status".
For wiring the CC-Link IE Field Network cable, use the 1000BASE-T compliant
Ethernet cables.
