Assembly Replacement Procedures
RF Area (Options 544, 550)

Replacement

Refer to

Figure 16-44

. Position the attenuator and magnetic shield in the

bracket so that the attenuator ribbon connector end is “up”.

Replace the two screws (

0515-0372

) that attach the attenuator to the

bracket. Torque to 9 inch-pounds.

Position the attenuator and bracket into the chassis and attach with the

two screws (

0515-0372

). Torque to 9 inch-pounds.

Replace the ribbon cable and semi-rigid cables W2, W3, W4, or W6 to the

attenuator. Torque the semi-rigid cables to 10 inch-pounds.
