Verifying the 100 MHz LO Synth Reference Power and Frequency

Stability:

Turn on the N9030B Signal Analyzer and wait for the instrument to

complete the boot up process.

Press

Disconnect W32 from A14J10 (see

Figure 8-5

W32 Location

Connect the end of W32 to the RF input of the functioning spectrum

analyzer.

Set the functioning spectrum analyzer to a center frequency of 100 MHz

and a span of 5 MHz. Set the reference level to +20 dBm.

DS3 (red LED) will illuminate when cable W32 is removed. This is normal.
