... It is possible to activate the calculation channels in the
same way as the physical channels. The menu displayed
depends on the number of physical channels.
The ticks denote which of the different channels are active.
Should no physical channel be selected the unit automatically
returns to the main menu.
Should the required physical channel be selected as an input
into the virtual channel but not activated, this warning
message appears.

Now, the positioning of the transducers for all activated
physical channels begins.

In order to display the data produced through the virtual
channels the unit has to operate in MANUAL-MUX mode (key
1). This is installed automatically once a calculation channel
has been activated, and the information is displayed.
Whilst measurement is taking place it is possible to view the
calculation being carried-out by pressing the DISP-Key.
10.6 Process Outputs from the Calculation
Channels
The allocation of process outputs to measuring channels (Special Functions\System
Settings\ Process Outputs) is the same for both physical and virtual channels.

If you want to output the totalisation (quantity measurement) of
a calculation channel via a binary output by pulses.
Select SYSTEM settings in program branch SPECIAL
FUNCTIONS. Install the binary output B1 as pulse output.
