Presentation of measured values on the display
FLUXUS offers the option of displaying the measured flow velocity independently of the
selected measuring quantity in program branch OUTPUT OPTIONS (e.g. volume flow):

will switch to show the measured profile
corrected flow velocity.

The ´ * ´-character is a reminder that the
actual selected quantity of measurement is a
different one (in this case e.g., the volume
flow).
This reading is for information only. It has no influence on the
total counters, the storage of measuring values, the operation
of the process interfaces etc.

If FLUXUS operates in >UNCORR.<-mode, a
further keystroke will temporarily display the uncor-
rected flow velocity. The reading will always be
marked by ´
* U´.
The flow velocity will be displayed in the unit of measurement
which has been selected in program branch OUTPUT
OPTIONS (for instance m/s).

If FLUXUS operates in >UNCORR.<-mode
and the flow velocity has been selected as
the quantity of measurement, the profile
corrected flow velocity associated with it will
be marked by ´
* ´ on the display after the
keystroke.

Flow Velocity
If FLUXUS uses the corrected flow velocity
(>NORMAL<-mode), the keystroke will have
no effect or will display some other inform-
ation (e.g. the PT100-temperatures when in
heat measurement mode).
5.4.2 Storage Mode
FLUXUS can store and/or output via serial interface either the actual measured value or
the mean value of it. In program branch SPECIAL FUNCTIONS, you may set-up or
change the Storage Mode
(see chapter 7.7.6)

Additionally by using HotCode definition, the Storage Mode can be set-up or changed and
made cold-start resistant.
