6.3 Activation of Temperature Channels
If heatflow has been selected, FLUXUS automatically activates the temperature
channels associated with this option. Therefore, the following displays for the manual
activation of these temperature channels do not appear.
Note:
The displays for the activation of temperature channels in program branch OPT
appear
only if FLUXUS is equipped with optional temperature channels.
If FLUXUS is equipped with optional temperature channels, the temperatures T1, T2, T3
etc. can also be measured and displayed/stored. However, the measured temperature(s)
have no influence on the measurement of flow

displayed during the flow measurement.
The temperature can also be stored, transmitted and/or printed
depending on the selected output options.

The temperature can also be stored, transmitted and/or printed
depending on the selected output options.
Now, other available temperature channels will
be displayed.
Attention! The activation of temperature measurement reduces the total number of possible
data storage operations of measured values.
Note: FLUXUS will give a message if
•
you did not install the temperature sensors onto the pipe;
•
in case of non-installed temperature sensors, you have forgotten to input the
temperature values manually.
