Maintenance Test
Inspection Item Procedure Criteria

Pressure accuracy
Check the pressure accuracy at
150/280mmHg

10mmHg.
Check according to “5.3.12 Confirming
Pressure Accuracy”.
Should be within

3mmHg.

Air leakage
Check according to “5.3.10 Testing Pump
Unit”. Should be 6mHg/min or
below.
3 Built-in recorder
Check according to “5.3.2 Testing Built-in
Thermal Array Recorder”.
No zigzag running, irregular
recording and missed dots.
Recording speed should be
within 25/50mm
±
3%.
4 Display
Check according to “5.3.15 Testing the
Display”.
All dots should be displayed in
correct colors.
5 Touch Panel
Check according to “5.3.17 Testing the
Touch Panel”.
The touched point should
properly respond.
6 Fixed Key
Check according to “5.3.14 Testing
Operation Panel Fixed Keys”.
Symbol corresponding to the
pressed key should highlight.
7 Sound
Check according to “5.3.16 Testing Sound
and Tone”.
Proper sound or tone should
generate.

1 Clock Setting
Press the (Menu) key, and touch
[Initial Setting/Maintenance] →
[Clock Setting], and check the Clock
Setting menu.
Current date/time should be
displayed.
2 Network Setting
Press the (Menu) key, and touch
[Initial Setting/Maintenance]
→
[Network and ID Reader Setting], and
check the Network and ID Reader
Setting menu.
Correct network should be
set.
3 Power Supply Cable
Perform continuity test using the
tester. Should pass continuity test.
