Pressure Sensor (Main) Block
The input to the pressure sensor (main) is output to the Main Board as positive pressure P.
Positive pressure P goes through filters and an amplifier to produce pulse waves for CAVI
measurement (PW values) and pulse waves for BP measurement (OSC values). Main Board
control enables resetting of pulse waves.

Pressure Sensor (Supplementary) Block
The input to the pressure sensor (supplementary) is output to the Main Board as supplementary
pressure Q. The output from supplementary Q comparator is used in the BP safety circuit.

Pump Unit
This unit uses a motor-driven pump to move air through the air filter to the pneumatic circuit to
raise air pressure. The flow rate valve and quick exhaust valves control the reduction of
pressure in the pneumatic circuit.
