Orientation smoothing of the rotary axes working with RTCP.

Possible values: From 0 to 200 ms.
Default value: 60 ms.
Associated variable: (V.)[ch].MPG.ORISMOOTH

This parameter smooths the orientation of the rotary axes, without tool tip error, when working
with RTCP in HSC SURFACE mode.
